Prepare for a fantastic opening party, where we’ll have a blast coming together in person! Prepare to have your mind blown as I unveil the mysteries of estate planning and reveal my very own philosophy on the matter. And guess what? I’m your leader and a participant in this extraordinary cohort. That’s right; I haven’t yet crafted my estate plan! Let’s embark on this exciting journey together and learn from each other.

Step Two: There’s So Much We Can Do

Following the party, you can discuss matters with your loved ones and complete some straightforward forms. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, I am 100% available.

Step Three: It’s Just You And Me

We can arrange for our appointment to take place either at your home or mine, whichever is more convenient for you. The appointment will be scheduled for 111 minutes, during which we will thoroughly discuss your unique situation, priorities, and desires. Based on our discussion, I will propose what I consider to be the optimal solution for you.

Once I have prepared the initial drafts of your documents, we will reconvene in person or online to review them together. This will be your chance to request any necessary adjustments or modifications to ensure the documents align with your preferences.

Step Four: I Can Give You More

Unlike many attorneys who may not go the extra mile for their clients, I believe in providing comprehensive support to ensure that all loose ends are tied up, minimizing potential issues in the future. For instance, it’s important to note that a trust serves no purpose if it is not funded. Therefore, I take the initiative to assist you in every way possible, going beyond the basics.

To accommodate your busy schedule, I offer evening and weekend appointments. If you have children, you are welcome to bring them along, as they can hang out with my kids.

Alternatively, if you prefer, I am more than willing to come to your location. In such cases, please make arrangements for your children to be occupied, as our discussions will involve worst-case scenarios that are not suitable for young listeners.
